ideal mechanics for the abdominal region- pg 24

  • sternum stays high (find a moderately high position)

  • “a noble posture”

  • area between sternum and umbilicus expands laterally (don’t focus too much on this)

  • little to no sensation in pectorals

  • pg 28 - easy breath makes for longer singing. not big breath

  • whatever is most efficient for you is what works.
